High performance organisations have three key characteristics.

(2) Their have teams are engaged in learning how to improve performance.
And thirdly, they use a performance measurement system that provides quantitative feedback.

A Key Performance Measure
The PuMP® method ensures we define our results first, then design measures to give us feedback on those results.
Many organisations today are keen to understand the level of advocacy they have from their customers or stakeholders. The result might be, "Our customers are our advocates". One measure that can provide some feedback on this result is your net promoter score: the percentage of promoters you have over detractors.
A NPS survey produces more than your NPS, but also, the number and percentage of detractors, passives and promoters over time.
Mark is a Net Promoter Certified Associate and has implemented NPS into both B2B and B2C contexts.
